My goal was to increase social presence on channels to increase brand awareness and lead generation. I established a more frequent posting schedule, increased engagement with followers and peers, utilized best practices to leverage shared media, leading to a follower increase of 16% YoY on primary social channel, and an average increase of 13% across all social platforms.
