Email Marketing
I acquired management of an established email marketing account with a database of over 10,000 followers.
My goals:
1. Drive web traffic by incorporating more prominent CTAs, link to custom landing pages, and click segment in conjunction with remarketing efforts.
2. Increase open and click rates by utilizing best practices with A/B testing, suggested copy length, improving existing and incorporating new automation series, database cleanup and segmentation.
3. Contribute to brand awareness by improving newsletter frequency, branding guidelines.
Results: these efforts led to Open Rates increasing from 28% to 47.6% (19.6%) and Click Rates increasing from 5% to 16.07% (11.07%), and contributing to a 3x higher targeted conversion rate.
